User Data Deletion

If you would like motorcarrier.ai to delete personal data associated with your account, service inquiry, or Meta-connected activity, please submit a deletion request by emailing daniel@motorcarrier.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

What to include in your request

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account or inquiry
• Your company name, if applicable
• Any relevant Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account details that help us locate the data
• A short description of what you want deleted

What happens next

• We may verify your identity before processing the request.
• Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the applicable data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
• If you connected a Meta product to our app, you can also remove the app from your Meta account settings to revoke future access.
